Diamond sanding discs grit 50 and 100. These sanding discs can be used for dry sanding Conteco surfaces without the use of water.
Sizes: Ø125 and Ø150.
Diamond sanding discs can also be used on ceramic tiles, granite, concrete and terrazzo.
We recommend using grit 50 for sanding Conteco Basic/Medium and grit 100 for Conteco Fine.
(!) The choice of grit on diamond sanding discs differs from normal sanding paper, where grit 150 is recommended as a minimum.
Each sanding disc has velcro on one side and can be used on a variation of sanding machines. However, it is important that the rotation speed of the machine can be adjusted manually and does not exceed 3500 rpm, as this will result in overheating the surface and faster wear down on the sanding disc.
Each sanding disc has a range of 20-30 sqm depending on the surface.
